1: Opnieuw onrust in de brunello zone. In de nationale krant van Italie, La Republica, is een lijst gepubliceerd van domeinen die niet volgens de richtlijnen van het `consorzio del vino brunello di Montalcino`, gewerkt hebben.

Deze schrijft 100% Sangiovese grosso voor en geen bijmenging van andere ( Franse ) rassen.

Vanaf 2007 is de Italiaanse regering een onderzoek gestart genoemd: "operatie gemixte wijnen".

Uitgerekend grote namen worden verdacht: Casanova di Neri, Banfi, Argiano, Antinori en Marchese de Frescobaldi. Onderzocht maar niet beschuldigd: Col d`Orcia en Biondi Santi.

2: Tien wijnproducenten van de beroemde amarone wijnen in de Valpolicella regio hebben zich verenigd en besloten middels enkele voorschriften de kwliteit en prijs van amarone op een hoog niveau te houden. Deze domeinen - waaronder bijv. Zenato, Speri en Allegrini - hebben speciale appelation regels in het leven geroepen: Minimaal 15% alcohol , strengere indrogings regels, 30 maanden rijp in vat en fles, en gelimiteerd productieniveau ( ? ). Dit alles om de kwaliteit en het orginele karakter te kunnen waarborgen.

2: Dieci produttori di Amarone nel Valpolicella si sono riuniti e hanno deciso che vogliono aumentare , tramite alcune regole la qualitá ed il prezzo del amarone. Queste case tra cui Zenato, Speri en Allegrini , hanno costruito delle regole speciali come per esempio alcool minimo 15% alcohol , regole piú severe per il processo di seccare le uve. 30 mesi di legno e bottiglia e produzione limitata.
